Cooking Class: Cooking with Vegan Proteins

In this class cosponsored by Vegan Kalamazoo, expert vegan cook Jan Tobochnik will take you through the wide and wonderful world of vegan proteins.

 

Together you'll make seitan, and he'll also show you how to use tofu, tempeh, seitan, and beans in stir fries, and discuss how to make other savory and nutritious dishes. Tuesday, September 13, 6:30-8pm. Learn more here.
