The fifth annual Drive Electric Week is coming to town! On Wednesday, September 16 from 3:30-6:30, test drive an electric vehicle (EV) and chat with Kalamazoo’s EV owners about their experiences. See what local organizations and individuals will receive awards for their support of local renewable energy and sustainability measures, presented by a special guest!
Of course, you’ll also be able to enjoy the 100-Mile Market, bursting with food from within 100 miles of Kalamazoo. Registration not required, but will help with event planning. Register here.
Big news! The PFC board of directors has approved a patronage rebate for 2014!
This means that owners will split $47,818 in Co-op profits based on how much they spent at the Co-op in 2014. PLEASE NOTE that you will only be eligible for your rebate if you are up to date on your ownership payments as of September 1. A cashier can let you know if you’re up to date in your payments. You’ll receive a letter in the mail from us explaining the details.
We are so excited that our co-op is able to give back to you, our owners! You make it all possible. Patronage rebates are one of the most important ways that cooperative business supports individual and community wealth. We’re stronger together!
We do our best to bring you reasonably priced, high quality, nutritious and healthy food. To that end, we offer regular sales and special programs to help you eat well, even on a tight budget.
How was your experience at the Co-op? Did you find everything on your list? Were our staff members helpful? We would love to hear your comments - positive or negative.
